Vasudevan is an IBBI Registered Valuer for Securities & Financial Assets and heads S&FA Valuation team in Southern Region. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (‘ICSI’) and bachelor in law (LLB) from Karnataka State Law University. Vasudevan has over a decade hands on experience in dealing with valuation of businesses/ equity for private ventures as well as for public enterprises for purposes like Transactions - Sale or Purchase, Compliances - FEMA, Transfer Pricing or requirement of RBI, Valuation of financial instruments, valuation of intangible assets etc. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (‘ICSI’) and bachelor in law (LLB) from Karnataka State Law University. He is practicing as a company secretary since 2004 and his area of specialisation includes corporate law matters and matters related to FEMA and Forex Laws.

Vasudevan is also an Insolvency Professional registered with IBBI and handling voluntary liquidation and CIRP process since 2017.
