Rajendra is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Graduate in Commerce from Delhi University. He has done certificate course on Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection and certificate course on valuation from ICAI.

Rajendra has around 16 years diversified experience in project financing, related compliances, valuations, due diligence, debt restructuring and corporate debt restructuring. He has worked at senior position in corporate finance in a listed company having debt portfolio of over Rs. 3,000 crores.

He has vast experience in handling Insolvency & Bankruptcy matters. While in employment he was part of the Corporate Debtor’s team handling CIRP process of the Corporate Debtor. Further, after coming into CA practice in 2018, he has been associated with Insolvency Professionals and closely worked in more than a dozen Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process/ prepackaged Insolvency Resolution Process/ Individual Insolvency Resolution Process assignments.
