Atul is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Commerce graduate. After spending his formative days in Rajnish & Associates, Chartered Accountants, a consulting firm and serving as DGM- Finance in Educomp Solutions Limited (a company listed on stock exchange), Atul Sharma founded M/s Atul Sharma & Co., Chartered Accountants in 2013. In his over fifteen years of hands-on professional experience including both corporate and consultancy sphere, he has worked through myriad engagements and have multidisciplinary experience in Financial Audit, Special purpose audit, Performance and Management Audits, Inventory audit, Fixed Assets’ audit, Business Valuations, Due diligences, Taxation including International Taxation, Foreign Exchange, Corporate laws and issues related to non-profit institutions. His core skills lie in understanding client's requirements and transforming them into satisfying results. He also leads the team involved in transaction advisory, startup launchpad. His role spans across various verticals ranging from managing the overall development and operations of the firm with leadership roles across Business Strategy, Business Development and other advisory practices of the firm.
