She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with dual specializations in Finance and Marketing, and currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Armslength Advisors.

In her role as COO, Swati oversees the firm’s business development, client relationship management, and strategic operations. She plays a key role in expanding the firm’s reach, nurturing long-term client partnerships, and ensuring seamless delivery of high-impact solutions across the valuation and advisory landscape.

Her core expertise lies in the valuation of closely-held businesses, startups, and intangible assets such as brands, goodwill, and intellectual property. Swati leads complex assignments that involve financial modeling, deal-side support, and strategic advisory for regulatory, tax, and litigation-related purposes.

Prior to joining Armslength, she was associated with leading financial services firms such as Moody’s Analytics and Evalueserve, where she gained in-depth exposure to global best practices in valuation, investment research, and transaction support.
